Lisa Baron (she/her), PhD, LCSW

As an experienced therapist, my greatest strength is helping my clients access and listen to their true voice. For so many reasons, that voice has sometimes been silent, or silenced by messages from those around them.

Once people are encouraged to use that voice in therapy and are truly heard, confidence begins to build. Clients will practice listening to and using that voice in other relationships as well.  Honoring that voice and using it in their world helps them to make clearer decisions that align with who they truly are.

Over time, depression and anxiety can decrease as clients become more of the authors of their own lives. I find it a deep honor to accompany people through this beautiful process.
